Shan Kennedy’s offerings are born from a place of passion, resilience, and a profound belief in the healing power of self-connection.
Shan’s journey is one of self-reflection, self-empowerment and a deep commitment to helping others.
Shan has dedicated her career in neurological rehabilitation as a Physiotherapist with extended training in areas of the Sensory System & Perception (Bobath Concept), Life Coaching, NLP training, Sensorimotor Art Therapy, Guided Drawing, as well as with her own regular Spiritual practice, in order to deeply understand the mind-body connection and nervous system for holistic physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Shan leads our workshops and programs with a unique blend of scientific background, body-based practices, spiritual enlightenment and creative expertise. Her compassionate approach is felt throughout her guidance which allows a safe space of acceptance and authenticity to foster a deeper connection to the Self.

Shan Kennedy
Hey! I’m Shan.
Welcome to my happy place.
I’ve always been a creative soul, finding joy in art and making things with my hands. Despite my passion for creativity, I initially pursued a career in physiotherapy, a field that allowed me to help people while remaining hands-on.
During a university placement on an acute neurological rehab ward, I discovered a deep fascination with the brain and nervous system, leading me to specialise in neurological rehabilitation.
In 2017, whilst on an overseas trip, I immersed myself into creativity and cultural diversity beyond my everyday experiences. This experience fuelled my creative spark, and ignited a deeper love for photography and videography.
In early 2018, feeling the grind of my 9-5 routine and the impact of work-related stress on my mental health, I sought a creative outlet. I began by sketching a photo from my travels, which reconnected me with those experiences and led me to try painting for the first time.
One evening, I immersed myself in painting for hours, feeling uplifted and stress-free for the first time in months. This experience motivated me to pursue painting further, teaching myself through continuous practice and self-reflection.
Stepping out of my comfort zone and trying new things enhanced my understanding of the brain’s ability to learn new things through neuroplasticity as well as highlighted the emotional resilience and adaptability that come from consciously challenging oneself through art.
Combining my knowledge of neuroscience, movement therapy with my passion for art, I envisioned ‘Move with Art’ concept: community style workshops that weave creative expression with scientific principles to promote self exploration, enhanced mind-body connection and conscious wellbeing.
The birth of my daughter, Penny, in 2021, allowed awakening of my intuitive self, and new challenges of single motherhood forced me to turn further inward. Inspired to model resilience and purpose for her (my most beautiful creation yet!); my vision was reignited with even more fire and desire than before.
My work is where the love of a mother, the art of a creative, and the neuroscience of a movement therapist come together to facilitate profound self-discovery, helping participants raise their consciousness, shift their energy, and realise their potential for change through their bodies.
My journey is one of passion, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others. Through my 1:1 mentoring, personal artwork and creative workshop experiences, I strive to bring peace, joy, and healing into people’s lives, empowering individuals to live as their Highest Self.
