About Our Creative Workshops and Private Parties

  • We offer a variety of workshops, including private painting events, Move with Art workshops, and specialised workshops like the Nurture, Create & Regulate Program.

  • Workshop durations vary depending on the type and focus of the session. Typically, our workshops range from 2-3 hour sessions to full-day immersive experiences and 6 week programs. Specific details can be found on our Services Page.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our workshops are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their artistic background. We provide all the materials and guidance needed to ensure a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

  • Just bring yourself and an open mind! We provide all the necessary art supplies and materials. If there are any specific items you need to bring, we will inform you in advance.

  • You can sign up for our workshops through our website or the Eventbrite Link. Visit our Services Page to view upcoming workshops and register. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

  • The “Move with Art” concept within workshops blends mindfulness practices with creative expression. Designed for all skill levels, it helps participants explore their creativity, and connect deeply with their inner selves through guided painting exercises.

  • Yes, you can book private events tailored to your specific needs. Our options include:

    Paint & Sip ‘Arty Party’: A fun-filled painting experience with friends, drinks, and snacks (no headphones - just art making!)

    Paint, Sip & Groove: Combines mindful painting with music through noise-cancelling Silent Disco headphones for a creative and dynamic experience.

    Paint, Sip & Move: Integrates meditation, somatic bodywork, and intuitive dance, followed by painting, focusing on cultivating self-love and healing.

  • Each private workshop includes all necessary art supplies, setup and cleanup of materials, and guided instruction.
    We also offer optional add-ons, such as grazing boards and the continued hire of 'Silent Sounds' headphones for post-workshop enjoyment.

Booking & Payment

  • Book in for our workshops via our Creative Workshops page and to book us for your private event please contact us.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

    For all artwork - original artwork and fine art prints - buy directly from our website.

    For all workshops and events - payment will be discussed and details provided during the registration process.

  • For workshops and events we have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
    A minimum of one week’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private event. If cancelled with less than one week’s notice, the event may be rescheduled within two months, but no refund will be provided. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.

    We currently do not except refunds except in the unlikely circumstance that your artwork was damaged in transit. If your artwork was damaged in transit you must make contact within 5 Business days of receiving your artwork to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us with photographs of the damage to resolve the issue.

  • We prioritise the health and safety of our participants. Our workshops follow all relevant health guidelines, including proper sanitation of materials and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Specific measures will be communicated to participants prior to each session.

  • We strive to make our workshops inclusive and accessible to everyone. If you have a medical condition or disability, please contact us in advance so we can discuss your needs and ensure a supportive environment.

  • If you feel unwell during a workshop, please inform Shan immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we will take appropriate steps to ensure you receive the necessary support.

  • Yes, we offer tailored workshops for corporate groups and team-building sessions. These workshops can help improve team cohesion, creativity, and stress management. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

  • We have in the past but we don't offer any at the moment.

    We will again in the future and when we do, they are specific programs designed for children and young people. These sessions are tailored to their developmental needs and provide a fun, creative outlet for expression and emotional growth.

  • We value your feedback and are always looking to improve our services. After your workshop or session, you will receive a feedback form. Alternatively, you can email us directly with your thoughts and suggestions :)

  • Not at present but will look to potentially include an online 6 week Nurture, Create & Regulate Program - join our waitlist now to be the first to get information about when we launch.

    We will also soon be launching online workshops to make our services accessible to a wider audience. These sessions provide the same high-quality guidance and support as our in-person workshops.
